Former professional road racing cyclist Lance Armstrong was stripped of his seven Tour de France titles because of his alleged use of steroids. Aside from losing his titles, Armstrong lost his right to compete in the sport, as the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency banned him. There is a chance he will have to return millions of dollars in cash prizes as well. Armstrong informed the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency in early June that he would not fight the charges they press against him, which immediately strips him of all the titles he has earned since 1998.
