Former Disney Channel star Miley Cyrus went out on a limb on August 12 with her new daring haircut. Not only did the celebrity dye her hair platinum blonde, she cut it above her ears with rigid bangs. Many were shocked when Cyrus debuted her new haircut. Although the picture she tweeted received much negative feedback, fellow celebrities supported the star. “Your the bomb,” tweeted Charlie Sheen to Cyrus. On September 6, Cyrus turned heads at the MTV Video Music Awards with her extravagant new ‘do.
